🧺 Laundry Access:  A washing machine is available in the apartment. You’re welcome to use it during your stay (please bring your own detergent for longer visits).

📶 Wi-Fi & Entertainment:  The apartment includes high-speed internet and a smart TV for Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.

🚭 No Smoking & No Pets:  To keep the space fresh and clean for everyone, smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted inside the apartment.
